AL (guitars)
My gear is pretty simple. A Gibson SG or a Gibson Explorer through any number of pedals... including a Dunlop Hendrix crybaby, BOSS Touch Wah, BOSS Chorus, Turbo Overdrive and a Danelectro Flange. There are more, but those are the main ones. After my pedals (which I normally run through an effects loop) I plug into a Rivera Chubster 40 (loaded with Groove Tubes) patched into either a Marshall 4x12, or I'll mike the amp straight off its speaker. Depending on how lazy I am.
DAN (bass)
I feel it is important to have good equipment. Decent gear can give you that extra leg to stand on, because it is extraordinarily hard to put on a professional show standing only on one leg. Here is the gear that I use for Boy Charlie:
